This client had many needs and wants for her basic builder home. We started in the kitchen by making updates to her builder grade kitchen. We created a custom curved wood hood over the range, removed her existing wall microwave, and created a beautiful X glass cabinet. We were able to create a cabinet for a 30" drawer microwave. The unexpected grey subway tile with a herringbone pattern will be classic for years to come. We chose a polished nickel finish for hardware to coordinate with the clean crispness of this kitchen. The wood counter stools really stand out against the neutral toned cabinets.

When we went into the basement of this home it was completely unfinished. We were able to create a custom space exactly for these homeowners needs. They wanted to flank a large bar in the center of the basement for their entertaining and big family celebrations.  We chose dark masculine grey painted cabinets with black accents, for a modern feel. To keep the basement light, we used a white oak LVP flooring throughout. This basement turned out to be a entertainer's dream!
